All patients undergoing implant and crown treatment must sign the corresponding informed consent form before the procedure.
Implant Conditions
- Before starting the treatment, it is mandatory: a) That the patient sends a CT scan via email, or b) The patient can undergo a free CT scan at the clinic.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Based on the CT scan, the specialist surgeon will decide whether the implant can be placed. If the scan is positive (as it is in most cases), the implant procedure will be performed. If the result is negative (in a minority of cases), the implant cannot be placed. In that case, the patient will have to return to their country without the implant being placed.
- The implant can be placed on the same day, by appointment, even on the day of arrival in Madrid.
- After the implant is placed, the patient must wait at least 24 hours before flying again.
- The cost of the implant must be paid in advance, by one of the following methods: Bank transfer to IBAN: ES86 3058 0977 1627 2010 2418 (refunded in full if the implant cannot be placed), cash payment, or credit/debit card.
Crown Conditions
- The crown will be placed 4 to 5 months after the implant procedure, on a date agreed with the clinic by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- The crown (€300) must also be paid in advance, using the same payment methods as for the implant. Zirconia crowns are also available for €500.
- Once the date is confirmed, please note that 72 hours (3 days) are required for crown fabrication. Therefore, it is recommended to plan a stay in Madrid of at least 3 days, including the travel day. Once the crown is placed and the full implant process is completed, no further problems are expected.
